We loved our time at the house. We went in the hot tub daily, loved the view of the lake,and had a couple of campfires. Great family memories were made and we were so happy we found this house. Host was very friendly and made the whole process easy.

Great beach house on beautiful Lake Erie
Our family has been vacationing at this house every year for the past 6 years and it continues to be the highlight of our summer. Easy access via private steps to a clean, sandy, lifeguarded beach with kayak/sailboat/paddleboard rentals and a small snack bar. The house itself is clean and cozy with picture perfect views of the lake. The adults in the group enjoy spending hours relaxing on the patio and admiring the lake while the kiddos swim, fish, and build sandcastles. It is truly the perfect spot for a family vacation!a

June - August (Including Labor Day Weekend)
Weekly $1450 (Sunday to Sunday rental period) plus a $50 cleaning fee

September - May (excluding Memorial Day Weekend) 2 DAYS MINIMUM
Weekly $1200 Weekend $500 (Friday/Sat nights) Nightly $225 plus a $50 cleaning fee
Additional $20 per day or $50 per week for small pets, but must be approved by owner. Large pets will be considered by owner. Additional deposit fee for pets if owner agrees to allow pet(s) during rental period.
Renter expected to sign lease agreement with owner. Must be a minimum of 25 years or older to rent.
Deposit of $200.00 must be made at time of reservation in form of certified bank check. Reimbursable within 10 days after completion of rental period. Full payment of rental period must be made 15 days prior to reserved dates. Deposit and rental fee must be in form of certified bank check.
No refund on deposit cancellation less than 15 days prior to booking
Check in is at 4:00pm on day of arrival, check out is at 11:00am
