Rates

June - August (Including Labor Day Weekend)

Weekly $1500 (Sunday to Sunday rental period) plus a $50 cleaning fee

** Summer Rentals are on a weekly basis only ***

September - May (excluding Memorial Day Weekend) 2 DAYS MINIMUM

Weekly $1200 Weekend $500 (Friday/Sat nights) Nightly $225 plus a $50 cleaning fee

Additional $20 per day or $50 weekly for small pets but must be approved by owner. Large pets will be considered by owner.

Renter expected to sign lease agreement with owner. Must be a minimum of 25 years or older to rent.

Deposit of $200.00 must be made at time of reservation in form of certified bank check. Reimbursable within 10 days after completion of rental period. Full payment of rental period must be made 15 days prior to reserved dates. Deposit and rental fee must be in form of certified bank check.

No refund on deposit cancellation less than 15 days prior to booking

Check in is at 4:00pm on day of arrival, check out is at 11:00am.
